Puffy bow.Make around 5-6 loops around your fingers.Fold in the middle.Snip off the sides but make sure you don't cut right into the middle.Tie to secure it. Pull out the ribbons to puff them out.It will be a nice addition to the bottle of wine or other gifts.
No wonder mine always don’t bind well.. Now I know must trim off the middle part.
